Woman Absconds Over Alleged Witchcraft Practices

A woman, Mrs Victoria Afefo Ayegbe-Usman, who was accused of witchcraft practices has absconded after being indicted during the first traditional oath she took.

The 'Christian' woman who is married to one Alhaji Ayodele Usman (a Muslim) was accused of practicing witchcraft causing a lot of havoc to her husband and his second wife who is also a practicing Muslim.

Mrs Usman was alledged to be a witch in the first traditional oath she told.

She was forced to swear oath on 16th May, 2018, but her children disagreed.

But when the pressure on her became unbearable, they decided to proceed to the Chief priest of Adoffi Shrine where they secured appointment to appear on 28th June, 2018 and on that day she failed to show up.

All efforts to locate hereabout up  this day has since proved abortive.

The community has in the meantime launched a manhunt for her.
