Adeyemi Declares For House Of Representative In Ifo/Ewekoro

A former member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Adekunle Adeyemi  has declared his intention to contest again under the umbrella of the All Progressive Congress APC.

Hon. Adeyemi who was elected in 2011 on the platform of the ACN declared his intention while addressing the executive members of his party in Ifo.

Representing Ifo/Ewekoro Federal Constituency,  Adeyemi said he was willing to serve again even better than his first outing which was hailed as a very brilliant performance by his constituents
He said "I am tested and trusted. My antecedent speaks for itself as is evidenced" and listed some of his projects.

He said "give me a chance to continue the good works we started in 2011. I say ‘we’ since it was a collective effort because without your teeming support, I could not have achieved anything.
"The dividends of democracy are for our benefit, but it will remain a far dream if we do not have a capable representative with the vision to harness these dividends and channel them towards the improvement of our living conditions and that of generations to come.

"Together we can, but we must retrace our steps and thereby support the man who became your trusted friend and confidant, who shared your joys and pains, who against all odds continues to support your educational and vocational achievements and ensure that life is worth living
"I am a man of few words, but big dreams for us and an even bigger desire to bring these dreams to actualization. Dreams whereby Ifo/Ewekoro will become a very conducive environment for trade and investment, a world class commercial hub and whose indigenes will make us internationally proud in academics, sports, inventions etc. Dreams of a safe haven where our lives and properties are secure. Dreams of a people’s paradise"
